Commenting Policy

The rules are simple: I blog, you comment and we discuss.

Specifically:

  • Stick to the topic: This blog is not a place to discuss the world at large, offload about what a bad day you have had or your dislike of broccoli. Please adhere to the subject of the post you are commenting on.
  • No personal attacks: Constructive criticism is fine, as is disagreement with Marisha Pink or one of your fellow commentators, however name-calling or discriminatory attacks based on race, religion, sexual orientation, gender, occupation, or just about anything else you can think of are strictly prohibited. Abusive comments will promptly be deleted.
  • No spam: If you are a robot or simply here to promote products, services and websites guaranteed to give my readers viruses, your comments will not be approved. This blog is for intelligent, relative comment only. It is not free advertising for you, nor is it for comments run through a translation program and/or written in incomprehensible ‘text speak’. Please do not place links in your comments unless they are relevant, otherwise your comments will immediately be deleted.
  • NO NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content: Please do not embed pornographic or graphically violent images or videos in comments, and do not trick fellow readers into viewing such content outside of this website.

The list above is not exhaustive and is subject to amendment at any time. Commentators who do not abide this policy will have their comments removed and may be blocked from participating in future discussions. If you find that a commentator is not abiding by the rules, please get in touch.
